lettuce burger

Yes, you read the title right! I was craving a burger a few days ago and I live next to this place that makes the most amazing gourmet burgers ever! I didn’t feel like going to eat approximately 800 calories after working my bum off all week so I decided to make my own healthy version of a burger. It was so delicious! and it was healthy! Except for the mayo and ketchup and horseradish which have a little a few calories that I would not care for, it was actually not that bad! Its good to have the options when trying to eat healthy so you do not feel like you are missing out on all the unhealthy food out there! This recipe is not measurement based because everything is really done do your taste. Just grab a few of your fave seasonings and vegetables and you are good to go!  Recipe after the jump!
