Healthy Lohi – Protein Pancakes
Hello lovelies I hope everyone has had an amazing week! My week was so busy I am trying so hard to reach so many deadlines but with God all things are possible and I am keeping at it! This morning I woke up very early because I had some work to do before noon and had to get to the gym before I started working if not my workout is probably not happening today! I only had yogurt and a banana before going to workout so when I got back home I was so hungry! I have seen these recipe for these protein pancakes floating around the net so I decided to try my hand at it. It is so simple and so delicious! I added some of my fave things to mine, namely banana and cinnamon. I even made a strawberry compote to spread all over it. YUM! .an amazing substitute for something that I love to have on Saturday mornings! Hope this helps someone out there! Off to do some more work! sigh! it does not end! love it tho!
