Jamaican jerk chicken recipe! yay! but first I miss my blog! I miss having time to actually write on here and then follow up with my readers via comments + blog-hop! I miss the days when I was not so busy that I ¬†actually have to schedule my blog posts in advance! But yes life.. and I should be happy because I am “good” busy. Enough of my “rant” –> My internet-friend @Taynement asked me to send her a recipe for jerk chicken a few weeks ago,I initially thought I had one on this blog already but alassss I did not so here we are. It was actually fun writing this recipe because I got to eat some jerk chicken that I had been craving for a while! I learned to make jerk chicken from a co-worker of Jamaican decent many years ago. She had brought some to the company potluck and luckily(for me) alot of the people thought the chicken was too spicy so I did the best thing a good girl like me can do, which was eat so much chicken in one day! I of course had to ask for a recipe and she was very kind to share a family recipe with me which I have tweaked a little to make my own. I hope you enjoy it, especially you Tayne!
