Lemon and herb croaker fish

Lemon and herb croaker fish

croaker fish2

I am totally loving my Cravings cookbook from Chrissy Tiegen! One of my favourite things about cookbooks is how they inspire me to cook things that I have either forgotten about or things I never thought to make on my own. In the case of this fish, its the latter. A few years ago I used to grill a lot of fish for myself. I would grill fish, eat it with garri and have enjoy finding my way through the bones! Along the line, I got tired of fish and I have not grilled fish in a while! That was until Monday when I went to my favourite grocery store (Hi Fortinos) and I saw croaker fish as one of the options! I was so excited, I bought two! I got home and was looking for a recipe to do justice to this fish and got inspiration from my girl Chrissy! I used her inspiration and made one of the most delicious fish dish I have ever made! It was all parts delicious and healthy so I was very happy! I made some fried yams for my husbands dinner and he loved every  aspect of it. I cannot wait to get some more fish this weekend. I have a fish curry dish planned! Enjoy this recipe and share it as much as you like!

Where does the lemon come in? I don’t think it was mentioned.
